Qualifications:
•Highlymotivated, determined, well-spoken.
•Requires ability to receive written and verbaldirection.
•Requires a valid Driver's License.
•Bachelor's degree in marketing or relatedfield, and 2-4 years' experience is hospitality or hotel sales.
Responsibilities:
•Executing and develop sale strategies in orderto maximize hotel profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
•Conducting sales calls to key accounts or majorprospects.
•Expected to achieve or exceed individual salesgoal and hotel budget.
•Manage lead sources to ensure quantity andquality of all leads coming into the property.
•With managing leads this will be imperative in seeking newcustomers through strategic outbound sales efforts for groups, extended staygroups and transient room revenue.
•Manage the process of LocalNegotiated Rates (LNR), Request for Proposal (RFP) processes (brand, CVB, thirdparty, etc), and other booking channels such as CVENT, Online Travel Agencies(OTA).
