Gervino Group is partnering with a long-standing client in the logistics and supply chain industry to find a dynamic Director of Warehousing Sales with experience selling to freight forwarders, 3PLs, and distribution-focused businesses.

What You’ll Do ● Manage and grow an assigned book of business while hunting for net-new opportunities ● Sell B2B solutions to freight forwarders, 3PLs, distribution centers, and supply chain organizations ● Travel across California to meet with prospective and existing clients (must have reliable transportation) ● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term retention ● Present solutions and close deals with decision-makers across various verticals ● Utilize CRM and virtual sales tools (Zoom, Teams, LinkedIn) to manage pipeline and meetings ● Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets What You Bring ● 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding ● Proven track record of both account management and new business development ● Located in California and open to traveling for client meetings ● Tech-savvy and fluent in virtual sales platforms and CRM tools ● Strong communication and presentation skills ● Self-starter mindset, disciplined, and performance-driven ● Comfortable with a compensation structure of ~$100K base + commissions Why This Role Stands Out ● Fully remote position with travel flexibility ● Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401K) ● Strong leadership and support from a reputable logistics firm ● Clear commission structure and high income potential for top performers ● Autonomy and room to grow your territory Powered by JazzHR
