Director of Sales — Location: Remote. At Greenbox Capital, we help small businesses thrive by providing fast, accessible funding. As Director of Sales, you’ll lead a fast-paced, performance-driven team focused on helping entrepreneurs access capital quickly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for executing proven strategies, guiding daily operations, and mentoring a team across multiple sales channels – including Partner, Renewals, and Direct. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role drives revenue, manages performance, and delivers a consistent and customer-first experience across every touchpoint.

What to Expect from Our Interview Process


We believe in a respectful, efficient, and transparent hiring experience. Here’s what you can expect:



  1. Step 1: Initial Virtual Screen (30 minutes)
    A brief conversation with a recruiter to learn more about your background, interests, and alignment with the role.

  2. Step 2: Role-Specific Assessment (60 minutes)
    This may include a case study, live walkthrough of performance metrics, or technical screen with a leader.

  3. Step 3: Team Interview (1 hour)
    Meet with team members to assess role fit, leadership style, and alignment.

  4. Step 4: Final Interview (45 minutes)
    A deeper discussion with executive leadership on long-term fit and growth opportunities.

  5. Step 5: Offer & Background Check
    If it’s a mutual fit, we’ll move forward with a background check and present a competitive offer. We aim to complete this process within 2–3 weeks from your first conversation with us.
