A fast-growing, VC-backed insurtech startup is looking for a Director of Sales to build and lead its sales function. This is a foundational role for a strategic and hands-on leader ready to scale a team, develop GTM strategy, and drive enterprise revenue growth. What You’ll Do
Build and lead a high-performing sales team
Own sales strategy, pipeline, forecasting, and execution
Create scalable processes and repeatable playbooks
Close strategic enterprise deals
Align with cross-functional leaders and report to the CRO What We’re Looking For
8+ years of B2B sales experience, 3+ in leadership
Proven track record building sales from scratch
Experience with SaaS, AI, or automation in regulated industries
