Overview: Darco International, a global leader in innovative foot and ankle products since 1985, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth from our Huntington, WV headquarters. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can blend strategy with execution.    Responsibilities:   Lead, mentor, and motivate our sales team. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare partners. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams for successful product launches. Reports directly to the President, CEO on performance and market insights, along with sales forecasting. Qualifications:  7+ years in sales with 3+ years in a management role, preferably in the medical foot and ankle care market. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Skilled in building teams and developing talent. Strong communicator with data-driven decision-making skills. Comfortable managing budgets, forecasts, and key accounts. Willing to travel occasionally for trade shows, client visits, and corporate events.
