Our portfolio spans a diverse range of attractions and games, sold through both distribution partners and direct sales channels. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales organization, strengthen our customer partnerships, and drive sustainable growth. Position Summary: The Director of Sales is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy across all channels. This individual will oversee the full sales organization, including Account Managers (distributor and national account sales), the Hyperdeck Sales Executive (direct-to-customer sales), and Customer Support Representatives (CSR team). The Director of Sales will act as Bay Tek’s chief relationship officer, building and maintaining strong connections with our distributors, national accounts, and key customers while ensuring the sales team delivers against annual revenue targets. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and revenue goals. Lead, coach, and develop the entire sales team. Engage regularly with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance to meet business needs in a sustainable and profitable way. Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting, ensuring clear visibility to leadership. Champion a customer-centric culture, ensuring that sales and support teams deliver an exceptional experience across all touchpoints. Represent Bay Tek Entertainment at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings, acting as a brand ambassador. Collaborate with leadership to shape company strategy, contributing sales and customer insights at the executive level. Participate in product pricing, while leading promotions to drive revenue that meets margin Requirements We think you’d be a great fit for this role if you have: Authentic desire to make a difference in the lives of our customers and employees 15+ Years’ Experience in Customer Management Degree in Business, Bachelor's or Master’s Excellent visionary, strategic, and courageous leadership skills Proven success in managing sales teams with both direct and channel/distribution models Demonstrated ability to translate strategy to action Outstanding leadership skills; ability to lead others with excellence Ability to adapt to changing market and business conditions effectively Excellent consultative, listening, communication, and analytical skills Critical thinker with excellent judgment and strong initiative Willingness to travel to customer sites, distributor meetings, and trade shows. Travel Requirements: 30-50% including International Travel Working Environment: Office environment Customer sites Manufacturing environment
