Responsibilities Results-Driven: Lead the sales team to implement local sales and marketing strategies to attract, grow and retain business, showcase opportunities and deliver results across multi-media content platforms and digital assets. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to amplify sales performance and meet/exceed sales goals. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve success together. Market Analysis: Dive into market trends, data, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion and stay ahead of the competition. Authentic Relationships: Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to amplify customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service. What We're Looking For Proven Sales Ability: Experience as a Sales Director or other sales management/leadership role, ideally in a media-related industry. High-Impact: Passion for achieving sales goals and growing in a digital-first environment; results-driven mindset. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to assess market data and trends to guide sales and marketing strategies. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and communicate effectively; proficiency with digital tools. A Passion for Leading Others: Ability to inspire and develop a collaborative team toward shared goals. A Willingness to Grow: Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving media environment. The Practical Stuff A valid drivers license, up-to-date insurance, and reliable transportation are necessary for connecting with clients in your community. Compensation and Benefits The base salary compensation range for this role is $139,332 to $185,776. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits including retirement plan participation, incentive bonuses, life and disability insurance, health/dental/vision plans, flexible spending accounts, paid vacation and holidays, paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
