DIRECTOR SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT for DEFENSE Electronics (REMOTE)

We are actively seeking a DIRECTOR / MANAGER  of  SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT  for a well-established ELECTRONIC components manufacturer. You’ll play a significant role in the organization, leading all activities related to new business development and managing current accounts.
This growing organization boasts a proven track record of delivering specialized electronic solutions to AEROSPACE, DEFENSE, Space, Industrial, and Commercial customers. Reporting to the site GM, you’ll be part of the leadership team and collaborate to drive the growth of the organization.
We are looking for a dynamic  “hands-on”   individual experienced with full life cycle Sales / BusDev in the AEROSPACE & DEFENSE sector. Ideally you’ll bring a TECHNICAL APTITUDE to capture the voice of the customer and engage with engineers & program managers on pricing, RFQ/RFP’s, negotiations, NRE costs...
Create and execute a vision for growth. As a HUNTER, you’ll identify & capture new business while managing / growing existing customer relationships. Collaborate with all in-house functions to ensure competitive quotes and program execution. Travel to Corp Office, trade shows, & customer sites as needed to close deals  -  Travel 25-40% In-depth TECHNICAL Sales / Business Development experience (min 5 years) REQUIRED experience within the AEROSPACE & DEFENSE sector US Citizenship
Work REMOTE - Cover the entire US Base salary +  Bonus /UNCAPPED commission
