Tasks As the Director Sales & Fulfillment Single Component Repairs , you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:
Drive expansion of Closed Loop Aircraft Component business across the Americas
Lead acquisition and retention efforts through contract negotiation, renewal and customer relationship management
Shape product offerings to market requirements and develop strategic partnerships with airlines, lessors and OEMs
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability and agile decision-making aligned with ACS collaboration mindset
Oversee contract execution, phase-in, fulfillment and phase-out processes
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce turnaround time (TAT), work-in-progress (WIP) and enhance throughput
Integrate Data and AI-driven tools and digital platforms to enhance forecasting, quoting, contract management and customer interaction
* All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements To excel in this role, we seek candidates who possess a combination of the following qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree desirable
5-7 years of experience in component MRO business in a managerial position with P&L responsibility required
Fluency in English language required
German and Spanish language desirable
Knowledge in aviation MRO, sales, accounting and customer Service required
Knowledge in Leadership desirable
MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & power BI basic
Excellent adaptability

Excellent conceptual thinking/procedure
Excellent customer orientation
Excellent customer service
Willingness to travel
