How You Will Make An Impact

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
Maintain and collaborate with your fellow HWS account partners on account planning strategy to facilitate growth
Aggregate client opportunity-based data and evaluate areas of potential growth
Plan and manage luxury curated client event(s) within your assigned geographic area of deployment. Ensure hotel partners receive maximum exposure to qualified clients
Ensure revenue targets are achieved. This involves accurate forecasting quarterly and annually for Hilton's luxury hotels & resorts
Engage in relevant industry organizations
How You Will Collaborate With Others
Work with other departments, such as marketing, Honors, the brands, our hotels, and your customers. Collaborating with colleagues from different departments ensures understanding and a holistic approach to customer needs
Use a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to track interactions and collaborate on customer accounts
Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and joint sales calls with colleagues or managers
Build relationships with your Hilton Worldwide Sales peers, your customers, and your hotel partners to qualify & generate opportunities, manage conflict resolution, and implement solutions
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
What Deliverables You Will Take Ownership Of
You will create the luxury group strategy for your account roster
Ensure revenue targets are achieved while supporting our customers & hotels in the sales process
Responsible for sales calls & site visits, industry visibility and education, and engagement in Hilton events

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
Five (5) years of professional experience in Luxury Group Sales, either on-property or above property sales
In-depth knowledge of the Hospitality Travel industry
Experience collaborating with teams on accounts
Proficiency in Word and Excel (can understand and maintain spreadsheets)
Travel up to 35-40% (including working outside of traditional working hours)
It Would Be Useful If You Have
Ten (10) years of professional experience in Luxury Group Sales, either on-property or above property sales
Certification: Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) and/or Certified Incentive Travel Professional (CITP)
Active engagement in SITE and IRF
Salesforce
Live within a reasonable distance to an international airport
