What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Provide strategic leadership to the Thomson Power Systems and Marathon Special Products sales and marketing functions across North America - Develop and execute effective sales processes to enhance customer experience - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted markets - Mentor and coach junior leaders, fostering a high-performance sales culture - Actively participate in talent acquisition to build a top-tier sales team recognized in the industry
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a high-performing sales organization within the Power Management industry - Proven track record of executing strategic initiatives that drive revenue and margin growth - Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all organizational levels - Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and willingness to travel frequently across North America
