We are seeking a Director of Channel Sales to lead and expand our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for owning the strategy, execution, and performance of all partner-based routes to market, including Systems Integrators, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in field sales leadership, with deep experience in selling enterprise software and services. You will apply this expertise to build strategic, revenue-driving relationships that align with the company’s growth goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the channel strategy
Build and strengthen strategic, high-impact partnerships with existing and new channel partners
Expand the partner ecosystem to address geographic, industry, and solution-specific growth areas
Lead joint business planning with partners to drive pipeline, bookings, and customer value across software and services
Own channel quota and drive both direct field sales collaboration and partner-led sales motions
Influence partner-sourced and partner-assisted pipeline across the full customer lifecycle
Forecast and manage channel performance metrics, including pipeline generation, conversion, and partner engagement
Serve as the primary channel liaison to field sales leaders to ensure partner alignment on key opportunities
Continuously refine the partner strategy based on market, customer, and technology trends
Ensure operational excellence in partner onboarding, enablement, performance management, and accountability
Requirements:
8+ years of progressive experience in channel and field sales with a minimum of 3 years at the director level or equivalent
Proven success in building and executing channel programs that drive software and services revenue in competitive markets
Strong understanding of indirect sales models, co-sell strategies, and partner business planning
Familiarity with solution selling methodologies and enterprise go-to-market frameworks
Demonstrated ability to influence internal stakeholders and executive leadership
Deep experience in managing metrics-driven partner programs that yield measurable growth
Comfortable using data to guide strategy and operational decision-making
