In this position you will have the opportunity to leverage your strengths and skills to develop and implement a data-driven commercial strategy that will enable the HDI team to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and go-to-market strategy, understand customer needs, and create and implement commercial plans to achieve it. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to inform and elevate HDI’s brand and product in key markets.
Responsibilities Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
Set ambitious sales targets and drive achievement through planning and execution.
Lead the go-to-market strategy and support tactical marketing plans.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of sales professionals with a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Establish clear goals and performance metrics; provide regular feedback for improvement.
Promote accountability, integrity, and excellence within the sales organization.
Optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, technology) to align efforts and drive customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales, pipeline, and revenue targets using the CRM solution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer experiences and addresses client needs promptly.
Leverage customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve offerings.
Job Requirements You Should Definitely Have Minimum of ten years of sales leadership experience in B2B subscription sales, with at least five years in the healthcare industry, and a track record of hitting/exceeding goals.
Established relationships with key hospital and health system executives.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven ability to drive new business and develop partnerships within the healthcare market.
Experience growing pipelines and managing sales cycles to close deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey ideas clearly and close deals.
Results-oriented mindset with self-motivation.
Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
It Would Be Nice If You Had Experience in a startup healthcare software environment leading new business partnerships.
Strong relationships with health system and hospital executives including CMOs and quality leaders.
A Master’s degree in business, healthcare management, or public health.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $130,000 to $170,000. This position is commission eligible. The actual base salary depends on qualifications, experience, location, and other factors.
