We are seeking a senior leader to drive Warehouse Operations, Inventory, Planning, and Sales across the organization. This role is responsible for aligning planning, inventory strategy, warehousing and operational execution to maximize service levels, profitability, and organizational performance. The position requires a strong balance of strategic vision, operational expertise, and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee a robust framework that integrates sales, inventory optimization, and warehouse operations planning. Partner with internal business leaders to ensure plans and actions are aligned with business objectives, customer demand, and profitability goals. Drive strategies that balance working capital efficiency with service reliability, minimizing excess stock while preventing shortages. Define and track KPIs across sales & operations and provide executive reporting and insights for data-driven decision-making. Champion continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices to streamline planning and execution. Translate customer needs and market insights into operational strategies that enhance service levels and strengthen competitive positioning.
Qualifications Industry experience within areas of motor vehicle or industrial equipment parts is highly preferred. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience involving parts/inventory management, with accountability for SIOP or integrated planning activities Must have prior experience working in a warehouse environment and leading associated teams Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related discipline required; advanced degree preferred. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable improvements in service, cost, and efficiency. Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing P&L or budgetary responsibility. Skilled in demand forecasting, inventory management, and operational planning tools and systems. Demonstrated success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement initiatives. Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
