We are seeking a motivated and technically-minded Distribution Sales Assistant to support our growing sales and distribution efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a basic understanding of technical products. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales team, managing distribution logistics, and providing knowledgeable assistance to customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities: Support the Sales and Distribution teams with order processing and technical product configuration assistance. Communicate with customers, integrators, and resellers to provide product information. Enter and manage data in CRM and ERP systems (ACT). Follow up on sales leads generated from trade shows, marketing campaigns, and technical inquiries. Assist with the preparation of technical quotes, order confirmations, and product documentation. Work closely with engineering or technical support to ensure accurate customer information. Make outbound calls to support business development and build relationships with distribution partners. Collaborate with marketing on product promotions and distributor communications.

Qualifications & Skills: Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude. Basic technical knowledge or experience with mechanical, electronic, or industrial products. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer data. Comfortable making outbound calls to customers and resellers. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications. Able to work collaboratively with technical teams and non-technical customers. Critical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot basic product-related questions.

Education & Experience: Associate’s Degree required; technical certification or coursework preferred. 0–3 years of experience in a sales support, technical sales, or distribution role. Experience with packaging machinery or technical equipment is a plus. On-the-job training provided.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $60,000 annually
