2. Dealer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, fostering strong and professional relationships.
3. Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for growth and secure new dealer partnerships.
4. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional dealer support and satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Revenue Achievement:
· Meet or exceed district sales revenue targets.
· Monitor sales performance and develop action plans for improvement.
2. Dealer Support:
· Respond to dealer inquiries via email and phone promptly (same day).
· Provide guidance on product offerings, pricing, and promotional activities.
3. Dealer Visits:
· Conduct at least 20 physical dealer visits per month to strengthen relationships and provide on-site support.
· Gather market feedback during visits to inform business strategies.
4. New Dealer Development:
· Recruit 2-4 new dealers in the assigned district per month.
· Assess and approve dealer applications in alignment with company standards.
5. Market Insights and Reporting:
· Analyze district market trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
· Prepare and submit monthly sales and activity reports.
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
· Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
