Division Sales Administrator

Duties:
Handle diverse administrative duties for Sales Department and leadership ensuring optimal organization and team moral by way of relationships
Act as a liaison between division initiatives and neighborhood level functions
Assist in scheduling interviews and candidate relations; assist with onboarding of new hires during weeks 1 and 4
Monitor utility disconnections on closed homes
Send monthly survey email reminder to all who have closed the month prior
Participant in the tracking of compensation and contest/reward programs
Support with all things Grand Opening set up related including assisting CSM and team with Accord
Manage neighborhood level Marketing/FMLS Listings/GA MLS Listings/Flyer Orders
Participate in Weekly Lender Backlog Meetings
Monitor Bell and updates throughout week
Update pitch pad pricing for all neighborhoods weekly
Monitor/submit/approve all invoices for FMLS, MLS, and Neighborhood invoice needs
Monitor sales and marketing expenses for neighborhood
Update additional payments in DB and attach to correct offer in DB; input lot premiums in DB
Update Base Pricing weekly
Assist with Non-BTB Investor sales/contracts/HOO/Closings
Provide clerical and administrative support to Closing Coordinator and offload administrative tasks from Director of Sales
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree helpful, high school diploma required
3-5+ years of office admin experience; homebuilding experience highly preferred
Strong Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint; tech savvy
Self-motivated, upbeat personality, strong work ethic and time management, and excitement
Professional appearance and presentation with strong communication skills
Strong commitment to work autonomously, be a self-starter, and be self-motivated; ask great questions, don’t wait for the work to come to you (go get it), and take a collaborative approach
