Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Division Sales Managers are core to KLA's technology, while we do not currently have an opening, we are always building our Division Sales Managers talent community, we are interested in learning about your background. Structure and negotiate business deals that meet the customer's and division's objectives. Plan and coordinate product demos, customer visits, and all customer meetings that involve division personnel. Foster technical and operational relationships at all levels internal and externally. Conduct technology roadmap alignment. Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will understand the semiconductor market and know how to forecast. Have current experience in peer companies within the semiconductor industry with sales, business development or marketing background. Also willing to accept semiconductor backend industry experience. Has basic negotiation sense and analytical skills. Must have financial/business savvy. Capability to analyze the semiconductor business environment and forecast business opportunities short and long term. Able to derive/understand the proper business objectives and clearly communicate sales strategy to meet/exceed the objectives. Aptitude to navigate through complex and dynamic selling environment. Experience working with Global customers.
