Responsibilities: Develop and implement advertising strategies to promote products and services. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage social media accounts and create content to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with the sales team to drive promotional campaigns and events. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Assist in creating marketing materials, including flyers and online ads. Maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or advertising, preferably in retail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on trends. Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and branding. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to work.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
