Local canvassing + scheduled warm leads; close on-site. Uncapped commissions; OTE $40–60k+.
You’ll combine warm/hot leads with neighborhood canvassing to help homeowners choose the right internet, TV, mobile, energy, or solar package. You’ll follow a simple field process, log activity in the CRM, and close sales on-site.
What you’ll do
Canvass assigned neighborhoods and visit scheduled warm/hot leads.
Run brief needs assessments, demo products, present pricing, and close.
Track daily metrics (doors/visits, demos, closes) and update the CRM the same day.
Coordinate installs/activations and hand off to support as needed.
Join weekly in-office huddles for coaching, leaderboard updates, and territory planning.
What you’ll bring
Strong face-to-face communication skills and persistence in field sales.
Coachable mindset; comfortable with scripts, objection handling, and repeatable processes.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings/weekends.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone with a data plan.
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Compensation & growth
Commission-based compensation with a paid training bonus and a structured ramp (shadowing/ride-alongs).
Uncapped commissions plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities.
Quality warm/hot leads and mapped territories (minimal cold calling).
Clear advancement path to Team Lead or Manager-in-Training as operations scale.
Target OTE: $40,000–$60,000+/year, depending on territory and performance.
Travel: local territory only; mileage policy per written agreement.
