The Client Services Manager is both a dynamic client-facing sales role and a business development role. The successful candidate will possess the ability to find and close opportunities in addition to a large-picture viewpoint of the drilling and remediation markets. The most successful candidates will possess the ability to introduce Cascade’s integrated-solutions in order to increase opportunities while concurrently having the technical know-how to identify our prospective clients and work with them to solve their challenges. Cascade is positioned for new growth and seeks candidates who are highly motivated and want to make a difference.The Client Services Manager (CSM) contributes to company growth by nurturing client relationships across Cascade’s entire suite of services - drilling, site investigation, and remediation services. The CSM leads business development activities in their specified geographic region targeting new, current and lapsed clients. These activities include in-person meetings, calls, digital communications, and representing Cascade at events throughout the Region with the goal of developing business connections and finding new opportunities. The CSM has a full support team including field operations, marketing, sales enablement, sales operations, technical subject matter experts, and client experience.As a key member of Cascade’s Revenue Team, the CSM collaborates with colleagues to establish and execute strategic plans to achieve opportunity and revenue growth goals. The CSM will gain knowledge of the Cascade family of brands, service line value propositions, target market segments, and competitive landscape in the assigned market area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Research and build relationships with lapsed clients and new prospects who are interested in or have a need for Cascade’s services
Relay the technical nature of Cascade’s solutions to a client in a consultative and technically savvy manner to gain trust
Connect with key decision makers to communicate Cascade’s capabilities and value propositions for our suite of services
Engage with clients in field and office settings
Work closely with Marketing and Client Experience teams on lead follow-up and response
Identify market needs and trends collaboratively with leadership and operations teams
Routinely and effectively utilize our current CRM (Salesforce) for documenting and tracking all business development activities
Achieve specific financial goals and business development metrics and benchmarks for the assigned market area
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant science field (. geology, engineering, environmental science)
3-5 years of sales, consulting, or business development experience
Willingness to “cold call” new prospects and lapsed clients
Ability to positively interact with clients, field operations, management, and office personnel to build constructive and effective relationships
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and general business acumen
Team player who can effectively work independently
Organized, self-motivated, responsive, and personable with a high level of integrity
Ability to travel overnight for one-day or multi-day trips with between 30 and 50% monthly travel
Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office applications, and Apple platforms
