Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Sales Consultant at SwissWatchExpo, located in Atlanta, GA. The Ecommerce Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging potential and existing customers to provide personalized sales consultations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Day-to-day tasks include advising customers on luxury timepieces, handling customer inquiries with excellent communication, managing sales transactions, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
Note that this is not a traditional luxury store environment - we move at the speed of digital, and the successful candidate will need to have experience working in fast-paced environments.
For this particular role, the right candidate will have extensive Sales experience and Watch knowledge - and be able to hit the ground running, selling watches out of our inventory to our clients within a few months.
Responsibilities Develop a strong product knowledge, stay updated on industry trends Present our products in a compelling way that leads to conversions Close deals effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targets Track and report on sales performance metrics Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies
Qualifications Sales Consulting skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills - written and verbal Exceptional interpersonal and active listening skills Watch knowledge is required, as is the ability to further develop that knowledge to be a true expert across 20+ brands and multiple generations of models Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Starting salary will be $60,000 - $80,000, based on experience.
