What We're Looking For: Proven Sales Experience: 1+ year of phone sales experience with a focus on high-volume calling (200–300 calls/day). Engaged & Open-Minded: Eager to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced team environment. Reliable & Professional: Punctual and dedicated to working on-site Monday–Friday. Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Master CRM systems and Chase Dialer software. Make high-volume outbound calls to present, promote, and sell apnTech services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to team success. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Proficient in English (written and verbal). Computer literate, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
