Role Overview
We are seeking a proven Enterprise Sales Director to lead the expansion of our AI platform into Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, sports leagues, and marketing organizations. This individual will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-value accounts, while articulating the transformative value of AI automation in media management, fan/customer engagement, and media monetization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, closing, onboarding.
- Sell MediaViz AI’s platform and API capabilities to marketing, media, IT, and revenue teams within enterprises and other platforms that serve marketing, consumer printing, sports, stock photography and entertainment industries.
- Understand client needs and translate technical product features into compelling business outcomes (e.g., new revenue, operational efficiency, customer/fan loyalty).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape solutions based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Drive channel relationships with partners, marketing platforms, and media teams.
- Deliver consistent pipeline reporting, forecasting, and CRM management.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy, sales collateral, and key industry events.
- 5-10 years of success in B2B sales, preferably in AI, SaaS, or API-first solutions.
- Proven experience selling into enterprise accounts — ideally in digital asset management, stock photos, sports, media, marketing or entertainment verticals.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven automation, media workflows, or digital asset management.
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to present to both technical and business audiences.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience selling into large enterprises that use or produce digital asset management tools.
- Familiarity with licensing, consumer printing, high-volume photography and sports.
- Background in MarTech, DAM, or photo/media technologies.
- Startup or high-growth SaaS company experience.
- Competitive base salary ($120k to $150k) depending on experience + above market commission
