As a
Sales & Marketing Associate , you’ll represent respected nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands, connecting them with communities through face-to-face engagement. Key Responsibilities: Represent nonprofit partners and mission-driven brands at live events, retail activations, and community outreach campaigns
Drive brand awareness and increase public engagement through personal interactions
Support lead generation, donor acquisition, and supporter retention efforts
Utilize CRM systems to track outreach activities and improve campaign results
Collaborate closely with a motivated team to execute impactful marketing campaigns
Participate in weekly training sessions focused on sales skills, nonprofit outreach, and leadership development
Requirements
No prior sales or marketing experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training from the ground up. You’re a great fit if you: Are 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus)
Are confident, personable, and enjoy engaging with the public
