Responsibilities include but not limited to: Assist clients with their insurance needs by providing information about products and services. Support the agency in daily operations, including processing claims and managing customer inquiries. Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of insurance policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and improve customer service. Qualifications: Recent college graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred) Must be fluent in English; Bilingual is a plus!
