What You'll Do Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads and book roofing inspections Confidently speak with homeowners about potential storm damage and our services Log appointments and notes in our CRM system (HubSpot) Follow up with leads to maximize inspection success Grow into a closer role where you manage the full sales processtheres unlimited room for growth What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plusbut not required Comfortable with face-to-face, door-to-door interactions Resilient and self-motivatedyou bounce back quickly and stay focused on goals Coachable, competitive, and eager to grow within a supportive team Why PRQ?
