Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is hiring motivated, goal-oriented people to join our Proximity Marketing Team. This role is more than knocking on doors. It's where over 40% of our leaders began their careers. Backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, retail, or the military tend to thrive here, but we welcome anyone who's positive, driven, and ready for a challenge. You'll receive paid training, earn hourly pay plus performance bonuses, and build real sales skills. Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
Product Knowledge & Communication: Clearly communicating and explaining our products and services.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
Customer Service: Providing a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection while being mindful and self-aware.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales or canvassing a plus but not required.
Customer Service experience required.
Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
Reliable transportation to the office.
