This is a tremendous opportunity to succeed from day one with access to hot and warm leads - no cold calling required. In this role, you'll focus on inside sales, working internet leads, building client relationships, and helping people find the right coverage for their needs. While insurance experience is a plus, it's not required we welcome candidates with a strong background in sales from any industry.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty to Tony Ciro American Family Insurance. Networking: Actively participate in community events and networking activities to promote the company's services and enhance client connections. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, products, and legal requirements, ensuring up-to-date knowledge to provide clients with the best advice.

Requirement Licensing: A valid Minnesota Property & Casualty License Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Customer-Oriented: A keen ability to understand and meet client needs, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Motivated: Self-driven with a proactive approach to sales and client interactions.
