Responsibilities
Build meaningful relationships with clients through outstanding service and communication
Assist clients with policy questions, payments, and coverage recommendations
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand client coverage
Make outbound calls to existing customers to offer additional services and schedule appointments
Manage multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Contribute to team goals by consistently providing excellent client experiences
Requirement
Entry-level candidates and former athletes encouraged to apply!
Bachelors degree highly preferred
Illinois Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain - we'll help you get it)
Strong communication, competitiveness, and team mindset
Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
Thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing sales environment
Must be able to commute to our Fox Lake, IL office ( work full time in office or hybrid part time each from home/ in office schedules available)
