Responsibilities
Assist clients in assessing their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage
Identify opportunities to offer additional policies based on client needs and risk assessments
Conduct follow-ups with clients to discuss potential policy upgrades and complementary coverage
Prepare quotes, process applications, and issue policies efficiently
Provide ongoing communication about policy changes, renewals, and updates to clients
Requirement
Licensing : Not required to apply but candidate must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty license prior to start date.
Experience : Prior sales experience is required.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Exceptional communication skills to explain coverage options, cross-sell policies, and close deals
Ability to follow a structured sales process to maximize client satisfaction and retention
Familiarity with Agency Zoom, AMS 360, and PL Rater is highly preferred
Self-motivated, trustworthy, and committed to continuous learning
Willingness to work both in the agency office and on-site at an auto dealership
