This position involves 100% inbound calls from both new and existing customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing: Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to both new and existing customers. Understand each customer's needs to provide the best valued solution. Exhibit the ability to recover from challenging calls and stay focused on long-term goals. Manage your time effectively while engaging with customers and navigating systems. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages.
