This position is based in our office located in Camas, WA, where your manager will support you directly in the sales process. With a compensation structure that includes a stable base salary along with uncapped commissions, the potential earnings are high: the more you invest in your role, the more you will gain. Your Daily Responsibilities: Articulate Fisher's value proposition to affluent investors to schedule meetings with regional sales partners. Your Qualifications: No prior sales experience or industry knowledge is required. A track record of personal and professional achievements demonstrates your drive for results. Compensation: Base salary of $50,000 with a commission structure that rewards performance; you may earn as low as $34,652.80 in Washington state. The compensation package includes fees for appointments held and a percentage of the first year's management fees from new business closed by regional representatives. Over the past three years, approximately 40% of our Sales Executives have exceeded $100,000 in their first year. Why Fisher Investments?
