As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate , you'll be the face of the campaigns we represent-interacting directly with the public at retail pop-ups, promotional events, and community outreach programs. Your job is to create meaningful conversations, educate potential customers or donors, and drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities
Represent national nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at public-facing retail and event locations Communicate campaign messaging, answer questions, and generate customer interest Drive customer acquisition , donor enrollment , and brand awareness Implement face-to-face sales and marketing strategies to meet daily/weekly goals Work collaboratively in a team setting to maximize campaign performance Participate in ongoing training , leadership development, and goal setting • What We're Looking For
