We partner with nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to raise awareness and inspire action through face-to-face campaigns, community events, and grassroots outreach . Key Responsibilities Engage the Community: Connect with the public at retail events, pop-ups, and outreach sites to raise awareness about urgent social issues Represent Nonprofits: Serve as a brand ambassador -educate, inform, and inspire public support for nonprofit partners Drive Results: Encourage donations, grow supporter bases, and help meet campaign goals and KPIs Coordinate Outreach: Assist in planning and executing events, including setup, logistics, and strategy Track Campaign Impact: Record donor interactions and event metrics to optimize campaign performance Develop Professionally: Attend training sessions, workshops, and nonprofit conferences to build sales and advocacy skills • You'll Be a Great Fit If You Are: A natural communicator who enjoys engaging with diverse audiences Motivated by goals and performance-based incentives Detail-oriented and comfortable juggling tasks in a live event environment Passionate about community issues, social change, or nonprofit work Adaptable, curious, and open to working in various public settings Experience Level: 0-2 years in retail, customer service, sales, or community outreach . Nonprofit experience is a plus-but not required. Paid training is provided.
