Recruiter The Recruiter builds the foundation for a successful sales career. Youll learn staffing and how to sell to clients, review resumes, conduct phone interviews, prepare candidates for hiring managers, and negotiate job offers.
The average employee spends about six months in the Recruiter role before enrolling into Account Manager Training (AMT) or Professional Recruiter Training (PRT). The next 812 weeks youll work to earn your promotion by applying skills to real-world scenarios with future clients.
Account Manager Account Managers work with hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies, researching organizations in need of staffing services. They network, build relationships, gather job requirements, and collaborate with Recruiting to fill roles. They sell staffing, not a product.

Compensation Base salary ranges from $35,600-$64,000 annually, dependent on location, plus $5,000 LTIPs. Upon promotion, base salary increases, plus monthly car and cell allowances, and uncapped weekly commissions.
The average employee earnings by year show growth and bonus opportunities:
Year 2: $73,000-$88,000
Year 3: $121,000-$145,000
Year 4: $135,000-$194,000
Account Managers and Professional Recruiters can win annual sales contests with an all-expenses-paid Bahamas trip, LTIPs, and a cash bonus starting at $7,500-$10,000 .
