Sales Representative – Escrow Services

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and clients. We are seeking a driven and experienced  Sales Representative  to join our dynamic team and help expand our presence in the San Diego market.
Position Summary: The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales and a strong understanding of the real estate industry. A California real estate license is highly preferred. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter who thrives in building relationships and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow escrow business by building relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals. Conduct regular in-person sales calls and networking meetings to generate new business opportunities. Leverage social media platforms and digital tools to maintain visibility and engage with clients and prospects. Plan and host industry events, mixers, and educational sessions to strengthen relationships and promote our services. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals as established by management. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM software. Act as a brand ambassador for Cal Pacific Escrow, ensuring professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
Qualifications: Sales Experience:  2+ years of successful outside sales experience required. Real estate sales experience strongly preferred. Industry Knowledge:  Familiarity with escrow, title, mortgage, or real estate transactions is a must! License:  A California Real Estate License is highly preferred (or ability to obtain one). Communication:  Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Tech Skills:  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and social media marketing. Self-Motivated:  Must be a proactive, goal-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Flexibility:  Willingness to attend after-hours networking events and adapt to a non-traditional schedule. Education:  High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
