Position: Event Sales Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, AZ 

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $780 - $1,125 per week

Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site)

Job Description: The Event Sales Coordinator is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving the success of our events through effective sales strategies and client management. In this dynamic position, you will oversee the entire sales process for events, from initial client inquiries to final contract negotiations and post-event follow-ups.  

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales process for events from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting key services and unique offerings.
• Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements to meet both client and company expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and client satisfaction.
• Monitor event budgets and ensure all sales activities align with financial goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in event planning or a related industry.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
