The White Family is looking for an Experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead a busy, growing sales department. The ideal candidate will have a strong used car background, be an experienced leader with exceptional communication skills, as they will work closely with upper management as well as the sales associates to ensure the business needs are met. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals Manage all aspects of vehicle reconditioning Inventory Management Vehicle pricing Inventory Marketing – direct, digital, etc. Help manage all other aspects of a sales department REQUIREMENTS: Prior Automotive Sales Management experience preferred.
