We are the industry leader in eyelash extensions and eyebrow services, with a mission to help every guest look and feel confident, beautiful, and AMAZING. What You'll Do Engage with guests, providing exceptional service and expert knowledge about our lash and brow services Drive membership and retail sales by educating guests on the benefits of our services Deliver an energetic, welcoming, and professional experience at every interaction Support front desk operations including scheduling, guest check-in/out, and product recommendations Why You'll Love It Here

• Sales-driven with a passion for hitting goals & growing memberships • Strong background in customer service (beauty industry experience a plus!) • Outgoing, positive, and professional communication style • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Comfortable using basic computer systems (MindBody experience is a plus!) • Flexible availability-including evenings, weekends, and holidays
