We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets across various insurance products including life, health, auto, home, and commercial lines.

Responsibilities
Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing strategies.
Assess clients' insurance needs and present appropriate coverage options.
Sell insurance policies including life, health, property & casualty, and business insurance.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
Stay up to date on industry trends, policy changes, and product offerings.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Assist clients with policy renewals, claims, and adjustments.
Comply with all industry regulations and company standards.
Requirement
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or a similar role.
Valid insurance license(s) in the State of Missouri required (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, etc.).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
