Essential Duties: Keep standards high by teaching and enforcing Culver's high standards Make guests priority #1 by maintaining a friendly and courteous disposition Help train a great team by participating in interviewing, hiring, and training Take care of cash and follow cash control procedures Help with admin and back-office work, including inventory and food ordering Labor control and scheduling based on restaurant volume Qualifications: Currently working as an assistant manager in a QSR, casual dining, or polished casual restaurant Currently in a management position at your current employer for the last 18+ months Open availability from 7am - 11:30pm every day A self-starter who looks for feedback and helps give the team feedback Strong skills and experience in Restaurant Back Office programs Looking for a career - no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong coaching and development skills Culver's is a family-owned restaurant chain that started in 1984 with a focus on serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
