We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as we expand our fabrication equipment sales presence throughout Colorado and Utah .

Responsibilities
Successfully sell fabrication equipment (press brake, laser cutting, saws, etc.) and manufacturing solutions by establishing and building relationships with existing and new customers
Visit customers to understand their business, uncover and anticipate needs, and propose appropriate solutions
Partner with Suppliers and Applications Engineering staff for technical support and demonstrations
Develop and present solutions that address specific customer needs and requirements
Close sales and meet or exceed goals
Maintain strong collaborative relationships with all team members and departments
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the metal fabrication industry and product lines represented by the company, and a thorough knowledge of competitor products and services
Maintain contacts, accounts, activities, forecasts, quotes, etc
Requirements
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of metal fabrication equipment and technology required. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Clear, concise, confident, and persuasive communicator. Excellent listening and questioning/clarifying skills. Effective writing skills
Ability to explain and present complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Self-directed and goal-oriented
Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively to meet daily, monthly, and annual goals. Excellent follow-up and tracking skills
Creative and adaptable improviser with an ability to work through unforeseen obstacles
Professional demeanor with ethical character
Must work well with others and have a team-focused approach
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record. Ability to travel throughout Colorado and Utah
Ability and desire to travel within territory, to national trade shows, and occasionally overseas

Compensation: Salary/draw transitioning to commission, starting at $60,000$80,000/year, with potential earnings of $90,000$150,000+/year
