• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Solicits, generates insurance quotes, and writes new business
• Treat each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred; Licensing assistance provided
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Prior Sales Experience with professional phone etiquette.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
