Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on chimney care. Document service details and maintain accurate records of work performed. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Stay updated on the latest chimney technologies and techniques. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Previous experience in sales, chimney sweeping, or similar trades is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to handle lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions.
