Job Description
We offer a challenging and financially rewarding opportunity for an experienced, dynamic outside sales professional with a strong commitment to teamwork and integrity. The position requires utilizing a strategic marketing plan to build client relationships with local industry professionals and sell them on the benefits of using our award-winning restoration and disaster recovery services. We seek an experienced, motivated sales and marketing professional to drive revenue and help grow our business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sound selling strategies and for achieving budgeted sales goals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a positive attitude, and has a proven record in sales. A background in business-to-business sales and marketing in the insurance or service industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Successfully build rapport with clients and create lasting relationships
- Prospects and develops new sales leads in assigned verticals
Maintains key information in CRM database
Develops and implements sales strategies to capture market share and achieve revenue goals
- Continually builds product knowledge and refines sales techniques for specific relationship types and verticals
- Prepares documents for job file reviews with current and prospective clients
- Documents and reports on key referral-source relationships weekly and monthly
Time Ratio: Road/travel - 80%, Office 20% - travel within MA and RI
Job Requirements
3 years relevant experience in B2B selling required in a related service industry
High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
Valid Drivers License and satisfactory driving record
Good verbal and written and communication skills
Good customer service skills
Highly motivated, strong work ethic, and enjoy the selling process
Build rapport easily and establish trust, leading to lasting customer relationships
Can effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups
Skilled using social media and other web-based sales tools
Experience using CRM/database programs (i.e. Salesforce, ACT, etc.)
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Some work is required outside of traditional working hours to network and represent the company at business events
