Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in our CRM system; currently Atlas. Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure quota. Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date. Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with your leader. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
