Compensation: $77,000 - $91,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities: Please note that this is a sales position!
Build and maintain client relationships by providing personalized financial advice and solutions
Gather and assess clients’ financial information, goals, and risk tolerance
Develop custom strategies for retirement, education savings, wealth protection, and estate planning
Recommend a wide range of products, including life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, and more
Guide clients through plan execution and conduct regular reviews to adapt strategies as needed
Collaborate with other New York Life professionals to deliver holistic solutions
Qualifications: Please note that this is a sales position!
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
Business-minded spirit with a strong drive for success and independence
Strategic thinker with sound judgment, attention to detail, and analytical skills
Background in sales, customer service, or financial services is helpful but not required
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory
Bilingual abilities are a strong plus
Must be willing to obtain a state Life & Health insurance license (training and sponsorship provided)
