What We Offer:

A $1,000 bonus upon successful completion of the trainee program and promotion to a Financial Representative.

Your Responsibilities:
Engage in a thorough program to master the skills necessary for providing comprehensive financial advice to clients.
Gain valuable direct sales experience in marketing individual insurance products and pass the sales competency test.
Develop prospecting skills including research, targeting, networking, and effective communication through various channels.
Learn about our product offerings to demonstrate expertise in their benefits and features.
Ensure smooth execution of applications and paperwork flow in collaboration with field and home office teams.
Your Qualifications:
Successfully complete all trainee program requirements to acquire the skills necessary for success.
Obtain the required insurance licenses before beginning the job, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.
Pass the CRD/FINRA background check upon hire, and meet ongoing securities licensing requirements within 24 months of starting the program.
Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and results orientation while working independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, possess a valid U.S. driver's license, and have reliable transportation for client meetings.

Preferred Skills:
Some knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry and its marketing practices.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
