Fire/Life Safety Service Sales Executive Join to apply for the Fire/Life Safety Service Sales Executive role at Siemens . This role supports our Service Agreements business within the Smart Buildings Total Fire Alarm & Life Safety Service team, focusing on fire/life safety service and maintenance in large commercial buildings. Responsibilities include: Achieving order, booking, and profit goals based on your quota. Developing a pipeline of opportunities and forecasting expected order intake. Understanding the marketplace, competitors, and market trends. Strategic account management and identifying new business opportunities. Consulting with customers to meet their building system needs. Participating in industry networking events and professional organizations. Supporting budgeting and investment discussions with clients. Positioning Siemens as an industry leader through digital service delivery. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Spending at least 50% of time in customer-facing activities, including in-person visits. Qualifications: Basic: High school diploma or GED, NICET Fire Alarm Certification (Level I or II for Senior role), sales or consulting experience in fire/life safety, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, 3+ years (Senior) or 6+ months (Executive) sales experience, knowledge of fire and safety systems, and ability to travel as needed.
